ARCH INTERIORS
With 3D visualisation, the ability to market a development long before project completion is rendered possible (pun intended). Photorealism is often pivotal in the sale of a property, and such CGI will prove the difference in securing funding through presentations, website content, property billboards and marketing brochures.
ARCH EXTERIORs
There are two main avenues for creating effective architectural visualisations. One involves reproducing the contextual environment entirely in 3D, which is more commonly required when the proposed scheme sits in amongst organic landscaping. The other option is to match a virtual camera to its physical equivalent, seamlessly integrating a CGI proposed scheme into site photography. The latter can deliver a more convincing effect and can be more cost effective.
MasterPLANNING
Elevated photomontages are really effective in illustrating how a scheme works as a whole and its relationship to the context. Using aerial photography, we can integrate a scheme with the seamless appearance for a convincing proposal in situ. Although not essential, topographical survey drawings help us to recreate the required cameras in our 3D model,which will increase the accuracy of the final visual.
COMPETITION Imagery
Turning CAD drawings into convincing CGIs means concepts can quickly become a plausible reality with which people can identify. 3D visualisations can tell the story behind the project aspirations, making them the ideal element when striving to win a competition bid.
Planning Permission
Offering a faithful integration of the proposed scheme, within existing context, CGIs can help capture an accurate representation of the desired outcome. By taking a series of photographs of the site, we can accurately photomatch the physical camera position and focal length to a virtual one relative to it's 3D model counterpart. This ensures decision makers are able to understand the proposed development in realistic situation.
